On Oracle Database 10g Express Edition (you will need an extra registration with your OTN account for this forum – please check http://otn.oracle.com/xe for details) forum I started some threads recently, each is related to an extension for the coming 11g XE.
So you may support the ones already opened or you may create new ones similar to these. Of course there is no guarantee that these will have an affect on Oracle’s decisions but why not trying :)

Since XE is not Oracle’s priority it is said to be available at least +6 months after 11g R2 is available for other editions, which I think will not be before 2010.
Obviously you were not over optimistic by mentioning “not before 2010” :-)
It is a shame to not provide anything newer than 10g…

Hi Laurent, yes enjoying it, but all these wishlist thing was useless, as far as I see there no major change compared to 10g XE limitations?
Indeed, cost of 1G ram was divided by 4 but they still sticked to 1G.
It is a pain as the minimal memory to run a database increased
